Gong and Healing Sound Immersion.
Sam will guide you through a grounding and nurturing Yin Yoga sequence, during which he will invite you to explore your mind-body connection via sensations uncovered
through long holds and stretches of various simple, accessible postures.
The sequence is suitable for literally any body type, and any physical, psychological or emotional conditions will be accommodated. You are more than welcome to discuss any specific concerns directly and confidentially with Sam prior to the session.
The primary aim of the session will be to harmonise the energies and elements within your body, leaving mind, body & spirit sufficiently attuned and relaxed to receive
the full benefits of the healing sound vibration that will resonate
through every cell, every energy channel of your body.
A gentle Yoga Nidra meditation, also guided by Sam, will form the energetic bridge on your journey from the the exploration of the physical and subtle bodies to
the receiving of healing sound vibration on the deepest level.

This mindfulness workshop aims is to empower you with tools that you can take home. Then you can start building up your own healing strategy and personal development.
Research has shown that mindfulness, sound therapy, and energy healing have a number of benefits: The healing sessions will bring ease to your nervous system and induce a very deep relaxation; your brain will switch to beta waves and your body will switch to the parasympathetic mode to anchor profound cellular transformations.

Welcome Meditation & grounding
Through breathing exercises, we will establish a connection to the heart chakra and use its sacred magnetic field to link to the crystalline, to our higher self, and surrender to unconditional love thus creating a grid of light around our energy/auric field.
We will use visualization to ground and create a sacred space, setting up intentions and letting go of what no longer serves us.
Chanting
We will step into our own harmonic note to raise it using our natural gift, which is our voice, to chant powerful mantras and sounds to embed our aura with healing vibrations. Working on a cellular level, you will lift up and honour your own musical signature.
We will learn how to integrate into our daily routine simple mantras to change and shift our thoughts pattern to bring more appreciation, joy, clearing, and lightness into our life. This will enable us to achieve our goals and transmute our dreams into this physical realm.
Crystals special (how to call your guides/higher self)
All crystals will be already cleansed and empowered with Reiki energy.
We will go through the basis of clearing and using crystals, followed by a meditation to meet your guide/guides from the crystal kingdom, experiencing this special encounter in stillness.

Welcome to our Animal Healing Circle fundraising, come & join us
on the Sunday 19th of November 2017 from 2pm to 4pm.

We will start the circle with a meditation and distant healing.
Start to set intentions now for the greatest good of all; for yourself,
your animal companions, any endangered species, any family members,
friends and locations in need of healing (feel free to bring photos
that will be on display in the middle of the circle).
Then we will sit quietly and work in small groups circles hands-on with one animal.
Please bring your covers or any fabrics that is familiar to the animal.
All dogs should be on lead and small animals and cats have
to come in their cage until the healing session.
Due to the location being a community center, it is ask for health
and safety to come directly to the basement studio allocated and preferably
not wonder around with the animal. (It is also ask on a trust relationship
that the animal do not carry any infection that could contaminate
the therapy center space and be pass on to our visiting clients).
Do contact me in advance if you have any request and if the animal
have behaviour issues, serious illness or recovering from injuries.
We will do the best to accommodate and help your companion.
All money will go to the F.R.I.E.N.D.S Animal Farm
Rescue Center in Kent (UK). http://www.friendanimalrescue.org.uk/
No experience needed. Come with your heart. Children welcome accompanied
(no under five, children have to participate quietly to the healing session).

Embrace with your beautiful self in a 3 hours
intense workshop with sharing, giving & receiving
13.00 – 16h – Sunday 16th of October 2016
We will start with a short meditation, breathing exercices
& Unity Breath, grounding, mantras singing…
Set intentions and let go of what is not serving you.
We will experiment Alejandro Jodorowski’s interpretation of family cosmology. You will create your own mantra based on the law of attraction to work towards your most wanted goals.
We will live the present moment in connection to our own physicality
with improvised body movement/dance.
I will finish the session with a Reiki session for the group
with visualisation and a Sound Bath.
The fees are £22 to pay on the day
(Please note contributions are helping the community)
For the Vietnamese food lovers, lunch will be serve between 12 & 1pm.
There is a Buddha Temple in the Centre.
Please feel free to come early to meditate and
set your intentions before the workshop.
